When somebody applies

You get an email. They get a text saying you have it. Their name shows up at the top of this page under Awaiting approval.

1 · Approve them. Set their split — the share of each payment that goes to them — and press Approve. They are on the roster from that moment. Nothing happens until you do this.

2 · Send the rental agreement. They sign it on their phone. No signature, no car — the system refuses to put them in one until it is signed.

3 · Put them in a car using Put a driver in a car, and set the pickup time. They then see where to come, when, and what to bring. Fill the address in once under Page wording and it is there for everybody.

4 · They set up getting paid. Send them their own link. They enter their bank or debit card with Stripe — you never see or type those details. Until they finish this, they cannot be paid.

5 · Pay them. Once money is in the balance, use Pay who above. Their share goes to them, yours comes to you, both on the same payment.

If something looks wrong: nothing on this page moves money by itself. A payment only happens when you press the button, and every one of them is listed at the bottom of this page.
